YOUR MISSION

Customer Technical Support

  • Act as the main technical interface for customers, supporting them in the use of NanoXplore devices and tools throughout their integration process.
  • Provide technical assistance on BSPs, drivers, bootloaders, and security features.
  • Help customers use and master NanoXplore SDKs and development tools (SDK, Trace32, OpenOCD, NX-Base, etc.).

Pre-Sales & Technical Advisory

  • Advise customers on technical solutions and product choices during pre-sales engagements.
  • Analyse customer requirements and translate them into appropriate NanoXplore technical recommendations.
  • Produce technical documentation, application notes, and integration guides to support customer onboarding.

Collaboration & Feedback Loop

  • Work closely with R&D, product, and support teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.
  • Report field issues, track resolutions, and ensure timely follow-up with customers on open technical topics.
  • Participate in customer meetings, technical reviews, and trade events as a NanoXplore technical representative.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, tools, and knowledge base.

  • Fluent English required, both written and spoken, for customer interactions and technical documentation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar FAE, application engineering, or technical support role.
  • Prior experience in the space, defense, or aeronautics sector is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Good knowledge of embedded systems: C programming, Git, communication buses (SPI, UART, I2C, DMA).
  • Familiarity with embedded Linux environments, bootloaders, and BSP development.
  • Experience with debug tools such as Trace32, OpenOCD, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of VHDL/Verilog and FPGA technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of security features in embedded systems (secure boot, encryption, key management) is a plus.
  • Interest in the space, aeronautics, or defense markets is appreciated.

Permanent contract (CDI) — Full time. Position based in Sèvres. Salary according to profile.

Embedded Systems

Bridging the gap between silicon and software, the Embedded Systems team designs the low-level tools that make NanoXplore’s FPGAs truly usable and powerful. 


Their core mission : developing the main SDK (Software Development Kit), firmware, and all embedded components that enable seamless configuration, control, and integration of our devices. From bootloaders and drivers to board support packages and diagnostic tools, they ensure our chips speak the right language whether on a satellite, in a defense system, or in a test environment. Their work is foundational : without it, nothing runs.
