PRODUCT OWNER (w/m)

 

Do you want to contribute to the development of advanced FPGA products for highly constrained environments such as space and defense?

Join NanoXplore as a Product Owner and play a key role in defining, developing, and evolving innovative, high-performance semiconductor solutions, working closely with R&D, sales, and customers throughout the product lifecycle.

You will report to the Head of Product Director and support her in all activities related to project execution across a portfolio of projects.

 

YOUR MISSION :

Drafting and maintaining project plans;

Organising project governance, including recurring progress meetings with stakeholders to collect data and produce project reports, progress reports, and KPIs;

Monitoring, tracking, and consolidating actions related to project progress;

Tracking and updating project schedules;

Preparing meeting minutes and analysis reports;

Managing project risks and opportunities.

 

YOUR PROFILE :

Strong analytical skills: able to translate complex needs into clear requirements and write structured documents tailored to different audiences (specifications, reports, requirement documents);

Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills, at ease with diverse stakeholders: engineers, customers, institutions;

Rigor, strong organizational skills and sense of priorities: able to manage multiple topics simultaneously and work in project mode across multiple contributors;

Autonomy, proactivity, and strong sense of responsibility;

Team spirit: able to unite teams, support change, share best practices, and proactively propose improvements;

Strong sensitivity to reliability, robustness, and long product lifecycle requirements.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

Education: Master's degree (or equivalent) in electronics, microelectronics, embedded systems, or a related field;

Proven experience (5+ years) in product management or product ownership in a complex technical environment, with the ability to gather and analyze customer needs, translate them into functional requirements, and define value propositions;

Strong understanding of FPGAs, digital architectures, and development flows (RTL, validation, qualification);

Knowledge of the space and/or defense markets and experience working under their strict standards and quality processes;

Proficiency in professional English (written and spoken);

Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Permanent contract (CDI) — Full time. Positions based in Sèvres or Jacou. Salary according to profile.

  • Contract type: Permanent (CDI)
  • Location: Sèvres / Jacou / Meylan
  • Up to 2 days of remote work per week
  • Package: fixed salary + bonus + internal benefits
  • Start date: as soon as possible / depending on availability

Embedded Systems

Bridging the gap between silicon and software, the Embedded Systems team designs the low-level tools that make NanoXplore’s FPGAs truly usable and powerful. 


Their core mission : developing the main SDK (Software Development Kit), firmware, and all embedded components that enable seamless configuration, control, and integration of our devices. From bootloaders and drivers to board support packages and diagnostic tools, they ensure our chips speak the right language whether on a satellite, in a defense system, or in a test environment. Their work is foundational : without it, nothing runs. 


What sets them apart is their ability to think system-wide. They work closely with hardware teams and application engineers, adapt to evolving specs, and support real-world use cases with reliability and reactivity.
